My path has taken me from corporate boardrooms to entrepreneurial ventures, from founding DCAMP in Angola to mentoring the next generation of leaders at AUB iPark. Each experience has deepened my understanding of what it truly means to lead—not just others, but yourself.

Through two decades of navigating complex business landscapes, building teams across cultures, and facing the inevitable challenges of leadership, I discovered that sustainable success isn't about having all the answers.
