THE INNER GATES METHODOLOGY
RangeShift is the methodology, not an additional program. It connects reflection with action, shaped around the person, team and purpose of the work.
Adaptive Path. Stable Purpose.

Examine the reality, assumptions, patterns and pressures shaping your present experience.
Explore different perspectives, interpretations and possibilities that familiar approaches may overlook.
Translate what emerges into deliberate choices, practical experiments and a direction you can apply.
Purpose gives the work direction. The path is shaped by your circumstances and evolves through reflection and real experience. This is not a fixed curriculum for everyone. We agree a focus, explore what influences it, and define practical progress together.
The work may combine coaching, mentoring, structured reflection, feedback, rehearsal and capability development. The purpose of each is discussed openly.
The Gates give the work structure. They are not seven identical sessions or a rigid sequence.

03
Look from another position to see what becomes visible.
04
Broaden the interpretations, choices and responses available.
05
Shape a path appropriate to your needs and circumstances.
06
Apply, observe and adjust in real leadership situations.
07
Use and refine your developing capability independently.
Choose the development journey that meets your context. Each program has a distinct focus, guided by the RangeShift methodology.
